Terms & Policy

Payment:

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is payable on all projects prior to commencement. Full payment due prior to collection.

The price of the tiles does not include the cost of the courier.

Returns

Tile orders will be delivered in several boxes. Every box should be opened and inspected thoroughly within 48 hours of delivery. Please make a claim within 48 hours of delivery to Akashic tiles, if any of the following conditions are identified during inspection:

- Product shortage

- Incorrect product sent

- Damaged exterior of boxes

- Damaged products

If you notice a significant amount of breakage or clear issues with the packing, please take several photos of the damaged tile in detail as well as the boxes the order arrived in. Detailed photos and counts of what is broken will help us better serve you as we assess the damage to your order.

Each order is custom made, thus we are unable to take back material after the order is completed. We highly recommend keeping it in a storage area in the event your tile breaks or needs to be replaced. You might also consider using the extra tile in another location.

Cancellations

Akashic Tiles | Renwick Handmade Tiles|Akashic Tiles | Renwick Handmade Tilesonly accepts cancellations within 3 hours of receiving your confirmation email. Outside of this time-frame, orders cannot be cancelled

Made to order:

Everything we create is especially made by hand with love for you, so we do not hold stock as everything is made to order. Please take this time into considerations when order your tiles.

Custom Designs:

If you would like us to design an exclusive once off tile, there will be a design and a molding fee.
